Shipping policy

All orders will take 3-7 working days to be delivered depending on the pin code.

Shipping charges are additional and are as per actual. Shipping charges is based on the total weight of the products or volumetric weight (whichever is higher) Shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the parcel and the place of delivery. This will be added separately after you finish.

We take utmost care in packing the items. If you get items in a damaged state, please send us the photographs, we will take this up with our courier company.

Deliveries will be done by our riders or our courier partner Shiprocket. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email from Swa Foods along with the tracking details of your order. Swa Foods is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company we only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment.
