How to Use S Gua Sha Lymph Massager:

• Begin on clean skin; apply a body oil or serum to allow smooth gliding.
• Hold the S Gua Sha at a 30–45° angle against the skin.
• Use gentle to medium pressure—slow, intentional strokes work best.
• Always move towards lymphatic drainage points (heart and nearest lymph nodes)Body Technique.
• Legs: Stroke upward from ankles → calves → thighs → groin.
• Arms: Glide from wrists → forearms → upper arms → underarms.
• Abdomen: Use gentle clockwise strokes, following the digestive flow.
• Back & hips: Move from outer areas inward and upward.
• Repeat each stroke 5–10 times per area.
• Practice daily or at least 3–4 times a week for visible results.
• Finish by drinking warm water to support detoxification.
