HOW TO DO A KANSA FOOT MASSAGE:

Prepare your feet: Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.

Choose your oil: Select a suitable massage oil like ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil, sesame oil, mustard oil based on your body type. Apply very little on your entire foot.

Circular motions: Hold the Kansa bowl with the convex side facing down and gently rub it in circular motions across the sole of the foot, applying moderate pressure.

Stroking motions: Move the Kansa bowl in long, sweeping strokes from the toes to the heel.

Focus on pressure points: Pay special attention to the designated acupressure points on the sole of the foot.

Repeat on the other foot: Perform the same massage routine on the other foot.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

Pressure: Adjust the pressure according to your comfort level, but ensure a firm massage to stimulate the reflex points.

Black residue: Do not be alarmed if your feet turn slightly black during the massage; this is considered a sign of toxins being released. At the same time don't be disappointed if you don't see it either, it is a sign your body is balanced, continue using the wand to maintain your well being.

Cleaning the Kansa wand: After each use, clean the Kansa dome with water and a mild soap. Wipe it immediately after washing.

HOW TO USE COPPER EYE WASH CUPS:

To use an eye wash cup, fill the cup halfway with clean water, place the cup over your eye, tilt your head, open your eye, and move your eyeball around. Open & close your eye while it is cupped. Do it for as long as you are comfortable.
