HOW TO USE COPPER EYE WASH CUPS:
To use an eye wash cup, fill the cup halfway with clean water, place the cup over your eye, tilt your head, open your eye, and move your eyeball around. Open & close your eye while it is cupped. Do it for as long as you are comfortable.
HOW TO USE RELAXING EYE PILLOW
For Warm compress: You can place the pillow in a microwave for 15 seconds and use it over your eyes for as long as you want.
For Cool compress: You can remove the outer cover and place the pillow inside a container and put it in the freezer for few minutes. Remove it and put the cover back on, place the pillow over your eyes for as long as you want
For Normal Compress: You can use the eye pillow anytime as it is, and enjoy the soothing comfort of the flax seeds & aroma of lavender oil.
